The idea behind VIAGO was born from firsthand experience of frustration. Years of accumulated experience — managing imports, coordinating shipments, and searching for transport companies across various channels, using emails, WhatsApp messages and direct phone calls — revealed one and the same reality.
Whenever it came to shipping, the process was always identical: contacting several forwarders one by one, waiting for responses that arrived at different times and in different formats, then manually comparing everything while the relevant team members had no way of seeing the full picture. We looked for a better way but couldn’t find one. So, we decided to build a better alternative ourselves.
The problem is bigger than it appears at first glance. And the numbers speak for themselves:

What is Viago?
Viago is a B2B platform that connects businesses with trusted transport companies in one space. Instead of sending the same message to five different companies across five different channels, you have the opportunity to create just one request — which trusted forwarders will receive (and you can also create your own list of preferred forwarders), process, and return their offers on the same platform.
For businesses this means less time spent and more options for every shipping decision. For forwarders it is an opportunity to attract a new audience without unnecessary expenses.
We are not a logistics service provider. We do not carry out freight transportation. We simply ensure that the connection between the two sides is faster, simpler and more organised than it has ever been.
